Solving Plant Problems

Discovering what is the cause of a plant problem is often a great way to finding the ways to fix the problem. With the growing season starting soon, questions from the community will soon be coming into the Extension Office. Thus, it was time to train the Master Gardeners on strategies to recognize plant problems, find resources, and help the community with their lawns, yards, and gardens.

At their March meeting, the group underwent training to do just that. They learned ways to recognize problems as being caused by environment, pests, and disease, and resources to use to find answers to client problems.

Plant Problems

The Horticulture Response Line will open on April 3rd. This is where clients can call in or come into the office and have their plant problems solved. If you have problems before then, feel free to reach out to the Extension office!
